DetailThe International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) has for the first time authorised carbon capture and storage (CCS) and engineered removal methodologies for use under the CORSIA international aviation offsetting scheme. A number of voluntary carbon standards also received eligibility approval for the current and next trading periods.
